AI Methodological Guiding for Teachers
This project result focuses on equipping educators with comprehensive methodological support for integrating AI topics into secondary school STEM education. These resources address the critical need for teacher support in AI education, recognizing that successful integration of new technological topics into school curricula depends on well-prepared educators with access to high-quality methodological guidance and instructional materials.
The main deliverables include:
E-Toolkit for School Educators: Enhancing AI Skills: A collection of 10 lesson plans designed to help teachers facilitate in-class training using the learning resources developed by the project. These teaching materials complement the online courses and support more traditional forms of classroom instruction, providing detailed learning objectives and intended outcomes; prerequisites and learning context; environment setup; instructional resources; activities, including direct instruction and guided practice; assessment methods; reflection opportunities.
Transnational Facilitator Training Workshop and Educators' Workshops: The trainings will focus capacity building to equip secondary school teachers with the necessary skills and competences to deliver training in the field of AI in STEM classes. These activities will also ensure a wider dissemination of knowledge and skills, creating sustainable capacity for AI education beyond the project's duration.
